I was so impressed with the wonderful job Wayne did of cleaning our very stained 20yr old carpet. After he had finished it was hard to believe it was the same carpet! I would like to say thank you to Wayne, I called at 10-30pm and he was the only one that answered his phone, not only that he was lovely to speak to,I had another guy booked in to do my carpets did a no shoa on us, we had an inspection the next day in the afternoon so i was on the net trying to find someone who could come at 8am first thing the next morning, Wayne answered my desperate call, and was happy to come out all the way from Epping to do my carpets. He never new me from a bar of soap, and he happily obliged, i am so grateful, not only that he did a wonderful job, best job my carpets looked great especially beacuse we had alot of stains from our lovely dogs. Thanks for your great job on the carpets yesterday,

  Our living area carpet was looking shocking and I thought it would be doubtful that many of the stains could be removed. However, once Wayne had finished with the carpet, not only had 99% of the stains disappeared, but the carpet was back to its original colour and soft and fluffy like new!

            Wayne was incredibly knowledgeable about the cleaning process and was very helpful. We will certainly call Carpet Genie again next time!

Our carpet is 15 years old but it now looks 3 years old! We had a problem area that came up patchy after being cleaned, so Wayne happily came back and went over it several times on two separate occasions until it was as nice as the rest of the house. His attitude toward it was fantastic and he never made us feel bad for bringing the issue up! Our whole house looks clean and fresh now

I got a great quote, and for the first time ever, I didn't get the usual sales job upon inspection about how it was going to cost more because of this stain and that one. The rug hadn't been cleaned for over 5 years, and was very stained. I was hoping to have it cleaned, but never imagined that all of the stains would come out. I was amazed! The service was competitively priced, and the service was amazing. I would use them again in an instant, and definitely recommend!

I'm extremely happy with the job done by Carpet Genie on my carpet and two rugs. Firstly the service was excellent, I was called and given a quote within an hour of my enquiry, the cleaning took place 3 days later to fit in with my schedule, and I got a follow-up call to check if I was satisfied with the cleaning (unheard of!!). The clean itself was excellent. It removed stains I didn't think would go, was dry very quickly and I was very happy that the method used is non toxic and doesn't leave any residue as I have young children in the house. We will use the service again in future and would definitely recommend to others.
