WARNING : Bait and Switch Method
You are given a very low quote over the phone, they know their quote can not be matched, then after arrival they state extra charges for such things as stain removal, needs industrial cleaning (deep down clean) and sanitising,
before you know it instead of a job that was originally only going to cost
you a few dollars leads to a few hundred dollars.
Also check to see if the carpet cleaner is fully insured, saving you heart ache later.
Terms and conditions:
We
accept no responsibility in the securing of premises after the
completion of work as it is the customers responsibility to make sure
premises are secure.
On
completion of work we will endeavour to call customer to notify that
work is completed as we would like the customer to return to inspect
the job on completion, if customer does not return to inspect premises
when we are present we therefore accept no responsibility of work as we
cannot be held liable for actions that may arise outside of our control
once we leave the premises.
