We use a product called Carpet Genie that is organic, non toxic, child and pet safe, and leaves no chemical residue when dry leaving your carpets clean, soft and chemical free.  We do not soak your carpets as this can lead to bacteria build up in your carpets, mould and rotting of the underlay and if you are renting it can result in you losing your bond.
